REFLEXOLOGY 1 HOUR: £50
Specialist massage of the feet to aid relaxation and help bring about a balance within the body. Reduces stress and promotes a sense of well-being.

AROMATHERAPY 1 HOUR: £50
Slow gentle massage of the body and face with an individual mix of essential oils blended from a choice of thirty oils – tailored to your needs on the day. Includes back, legs, arms face and scalp for complete relaxation.

AROMAFLEX 1 ½ HOURS: £65
Combines the aromatherapy back massage with reflexology treatment.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE 1 HOUR: £50
Massage of upper back, neck, scalp and face using pressure points to to stimulate or relax, and to help relieve problems. Can be useful for sinus problems, stress and headaches.

SPORTS MASSAGE 1 HOUR: £50
Deep massage to specific muscles to relieve muscle ache and tension. Particularly useful after exercise.

SWEDISH MASSAGE 1 HOUR: £50
An invigorating full body massage including back, legs, arms and neck) to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle aches. Designed for relaxation and stress relief; aids circulation and lymphatic drainage.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE 1 HOUR: £50
Particularly useful for problem areas or injured, very tense muscles. Remedial massage targets those areas using pressure release techniques to release and alleviate those problems.

SPA BODY WRAPS

SEAWEED (DETOX) BODY WRAP 1½ HOURS: £60
A body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back massage, followed by a warm seaweed detox body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

HYDRATING BODY WRAP 1½HOURS: £60
A body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back aloe vera hydrating gel massage, followed by a warm hydrating body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

HOT PINDA SPICE 2 HOURS: £75
This treatment starts off with gentle body stretching performed with a Turkish foulard and followed by a spice body scrub then a hot pinda ( steam heated rice and spice filled bag) massage, then your silk body wrap cream is applied and left on for approximately 15 minutes while a mini Indian head massage is enjoyed finally the silk is massaged in as the moisturiser.

CHOCOLATE BODY WRAP 1 HOUR: £55
Pure indulgence but without the calories! A body brush, chocolate scrub followed by chocolate wrap and completed by the application of moisturiser.

RED GRAPE WRAP 1¼ HOURS: £60
Excellent antioxidant wrap, body scrub followed by back and back of leg massage then red grape wrap applied and finally moisturiser.
