We are a family run hotel with a long-standing team and a friendly environment. We are looking for people that are friendly, charming, enthusiastic, well presented, with good manners, good communication skills, and good English.

Many positions are full time, live in or out, with 24 days paid holiday, some with a £1,000 bonus on completion of one year. The staff accommodation is fantastic – see images below.

Gilpin Lodge is located in some of the most beautiful countryside of England in the Lake District National Park. We are close to towns and villages, but we are in the countryside – if you want to live in the city then we are not right for you! Please do have a look at the rest of our website.
