black pudding and fried bread (or any combination thereof, or any kind of eggs)

Smoked haddock, with or without free range poached eggs

Canadian style pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup

Minute steak with sautéed onions and a free range fried egg

Poached eggs Benedict

Seasonal fruit plate

Local smoked salmon and free range scrambled eggs

Lakeland foie gras with free range fried eggs and rosti potato

Cumbrian rarebit of mature Lancashire cheese and locally dry-cured bacon

Toast and Patisseries

Granary and white toast is served with your main course,
with marmalade, preserves and honey.
Croissants are served (if requested) after the main course.
