Choices from the five course dinner menu - strong on local produce, light and European in touch could include a starter of potato, foie gras and leek terrine….Fires are stoked at 6am to welcome guests down to breakfast, a sybaritic feast where the choices stretch from porridge with cream to strawberry and Champagne sorbet….Most guests come to enjoy a bit of pampering...
