All treatments include a complementary virgin mojito. Please book in advance with reception. Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, or the full cost of treatment will be incurred.

Reflexology

Specialist massage of the feet to aid relaxation and help bring about a balance within the body. Reduces stress and promotes a sense of well being.

Aromatherapy

Gentle body massage using essential oils to relax or stimulate, or for stress relief. Includes back, legs, arms face and scalp - complete relaxation.

1 hour: £50

Aromaflex

Combines the aromatherapy back massage with reflexology treatment.

1 1⁄2 hours: £65

Indian Head Massage

Massage of back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face to stimulate or relax, also using pressure point to bring about feelings of well being.

1 hour: £50

Swedish Massage

An invigorating massage to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle aches. Designed for relaxation and stress relief.

1 hour: £50

Sports Massage

Deep massage to specific muscles to relieve muscle ache and tension. Particularly useful after excercise.

Remedial Massage

Particularly useful for problem areas or injured, very tense muscles. Remedial massage targets those areas and uses pressure release techniques to release and alleviate those problems.

Seaweed (detox) body wrap

A body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back massage, followed by a warm seaweed detox body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

Hydrating Body Wrap

A body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back aloe vera hydrating gel massage, followed by a warm hydrating body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

Facial

Using Dermalogica products, the facial incorporates deep cleansing, deep purifying mask, facial massage, arm or scalp massage, finished with moisturiser and toner specifically for your skin.

Deluxe facial

The deluxe facial includes everything in the classic facial as described above, as well as an aromatherapy back massage.

Manicure

Includes nail shaping, cuticle care, hand and arm massage, polish and moisturising to finish.

Pedicure

Includes hard skin removal, foot soak, foot and leg scrub, foot and leg massage, nail shaping, cuticle care, polish and moisturising to finish.
