On the floorplans, the public rooms are coloured brown, the bedrooms blue, and the gardens are signified by an image of a tree. Otherwise each room can be viewed by name, as listed at the bottom of the page (please see The Bedrooms for a detailed description of the various room types).

A note about booking preferences

Please note that Gilpin Lodge is a converted and tastefully extended private house and as such each room is individual. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated to a very high standard. We have four room types, as described in the The Bedrooms section. We will of course note any preference you express for a particular room, and use our best endeavours to accomodate your wishes, but this may not always be possible and a similar room may be substituted.

Double and twin beds are available in all room types, whilst single occupancy of Classic Rooms is subject to availability.
